Nine Inch Nails - and the song is called Animal
Ooops - my bad - yes it's "Closer". Guess what I got stuck in my head while I was typing!

It is Nine Inch Nails, but the song is not called "Animal." It's called "Closer" and it was on the album The Downward Spiral, which came out in 1994. The album isn't very good, though.
