No other than BSNL Data one. Always reliable, very cheap. No one can match them.

its gud n cheap
u get unlimited broadband 4 Rs.900
take care its broadband i.e., without a modem
top speed 256kbps
bsnl is more cheap
airtel best n also cheap
top speed 512kbps

BSNL service sucks big time...
go for Airtel.
they give free landline phone as well.
