Excellent question!Yes they do.When something crazy happens to you your brain and emotions go through this hurricane like state..everything comes rushing out..the good stuff and the bad stuff.After its all out,you feel calmer for some reason.Just like what you feel after a good cry...like its all out!!And it feels great to have it out..so its like a clearing of the mind and the body.Its really a great feeling!Sorry if you cant understand but its the best way I could describe it!!!

I would say yes because you get real bad and you start thinking to yourself I am not being rational and once you start to understand the things you sometimes think of are alittle beyond the boarder you can clear these crazy thoughts out and see more clearly

at moments of insanity my mind is ever so clear, its the sain moments i hate. that's why i try to freak out as mutch as possible

Yes they do.
Sometimes when I really freak out, it clears my mind and makes me realize how stupid that freakout really was and what it was about. Its usually about the littlest and dumbest things.
