Personally I think if you don't already own any nirvana albums you should buy them in the following order
Nevermind
In Utero
Unplugged
Bleach
Insestecide
Live from the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah is also worth listening to.
I think you'd enjoy unplugged more if you knew the songs.
Why not get them all? It's worth it :)

Neither. Get Incesticide instead. In Utero has three good songs and a lot of garbage. As for Unplugged, yeah, I really want to hear unplugged versions of songs that sounded better louder.

Definitely In Utero...
Unplugged didn't have as much feeling and was designed more for a mass market...
although you should buy both, don't get me wrong unplugged is a braw album, just not my fave...
