Hi Radhika,
Well radhika.. you can prevent those dark circles by following ways.
1. Before sleeping kindly put two slices of cucumber in your eyes for 15-20 minutes and then clean it.
2. You can use any good eye lotion which does not affect your eyes to form dark circles again.
3. Do some eye exercise in the morning and in the evening or after the work and when you take a break .
4. Consult any good eye physician who can give more advice about these dark circles.

I have found the best way in the morning don't turn on the lights and don't look in the mirror. Bingo, no more dark circle under the eyes.

It's not sleep. It's either low iron or allergies.
