Being curious is when one wants to learn interesting things, or trying to find out whether one can do something to help others, for example.
Being nosey is minding other people`s business.

Basically the former knows when to stop when the latter doesn't. As a rule the curious type will listen with interest when you tell them something, the nosey type will show no interest because it is freely offered information.

being curious is not knowing the first thing about what you are doing and trying to find out how something works and such being nosey is looking for certain information for example : hearing a noise and looking out the window to see what it is (that is being curious) then there s hearing something outside and then going to see if it is your neighbor returning back home from dropping his wife off and bringing his girlfriend home
