Bananas are high in POTASSIUM and potassium helps all sorts of cramping. But NOTHING works like acetominophen. Do yourself a favor and just keep poppin' em those first couple days of your cycle.

i have always heard that banannas help cramps i know they help leg cramps. another thing that i have found to help any cramp especially
menstrual cramps is tonic water just drink a little of that i keep some in the fridge it actually works better if you drink a little every day while you are on ur period or gettin ready to start. it taste pretty gross but i would rather bare with it then bare with the pain
