How long have you got? It depends where you want to get citizenship. Marrying someone isn't a guarantee and normally you have to stay married to the person, and live with them for a certain number of years - depends on the country.
Persuade your parents to be in the country of your choice before you are born. Citizenship not guaranteed, but it cuts down the waiting time.
Emigrate to Canada. Before you get a visa they'll ask all sorts of questions, right down to who your Granny slept with (well, not really, but almost) however, if you get an entry visa, they've already vetted you and citizenship is just a formality - three years I think.
