Pedophiles...rapists...abusers in general,although I find snitches to be among the pond scum as well..

A a**hole that will beat a baby and neglect and deny them medical treatment.
Also anyone that is in there family that intentionally try to cover it up to protect the a**hole.
Also the legal system when it fails to not punish the a**hole.
I use the term a**hole for I can not call them man or woman because true men or women don't beat on babys and neglect them.
