I think his time is up. Unlike Zidane, he didn't was an inspirational leader. And now there was a lot of players in his position who can replace him and make an excellent performance. So, it was too hard to see Spice Boy wearing No. 7 again.

yes he might play in Euros for some of the matches atleast. Mclaren can not take that part away from him atleast as he has been the captain previously and if he has a desire to play his last match or atleast some of the matches in the euros then he should be welcome to do just that. i think he should at the world cup he played best out of the team as a scottish supporter no english fan could see this lampard play crap so did gerrard crouch rooney so why shouldnt he hes still a world class player and since hes not captain any more he shouldnt play thats crap get lampard out of the team he cant hack it hes only good at chelsea cause the rest of the teams mince.
