Batteries alone hardly ever create an electric shock. They are DC voltage.

Low voltages like 10 v.etc have no effect.Next will be only 220 v.When some one touches he gets a bit of shock.try with 110 v normal output from itms from usa give 110 v ,that will do give shock as needed ,.
