That sounds like a problem I had for a while. You need to go see a doctor (a physiatrist) or an orthopedist. Start with your primary care, explaan what's going on and why you're worried about it. He may even decide physical therapy is what you need.

It means, that crystals have formed in your hip joint, which will require medical attention. usually this requires an operation to remove the crystals.

See your doctor. I get the same thing with my jaw if I yawn too wide! It clicks and stays open. Not attractive. I then have to push it inwards with my hand to unlock it.

Mine does the same, so does my left elbow, which is a pain when i am trying to put baby in cot!
