Edit (more detail): Deane scored the first goal in the English Premier League for Sheffield United against Manchester United after 5 minutes on the August 15, 1992. In the same game he scored a second after 50 minutes from the penalty spot as Sheffield United went on to win 2-1.

Brian Dean of Sheffield United scored against Manchester United, Sheffield United went on to win game 2 -1 in August 1992. Answer to second part of your question, was it Ruud Van Nistlerooy who scored inside the second minute against Everton on 13th August 2005. Manchester United went on to win 2 - 0, Wayne Rooney scored second goal against his old club.
