FIFA = Fédération Internationale de Football Association, but I'm sure that this was just a rhetorical question.
Your version of what "FIFA" stands for sounds more like some awards assembly than an actual sports tournament.

FIFA stands for Fédération Internationale de Football Association - but frankly speaking, it sounds more like - For Immature Football Amateurs - considering Italy won the cup.
