I have to admit, getting my brain around this one is hard to do. I can't figure out why the choice of to switch or not to switch isn't 50/50 at that point. However, computer simulations have shown it is better to swich. You have about a 66% chance (2 out of 3) of getting the car if you switch.

But... to answer your question, is there anyone that wouldn't switch? I suppose it may be in an amish person's best interest to stay with the first choice, as he may prefer the goat!

Consider this: when you picked the first door, your chance of choosing the car was 1 in 3. Opening a door to reveal a goat cannot change those odds - your choice is already made. Therefore the chance that the car is behind the other closed door is 2 in 3. Strange but true, It is better to trade
