Good question, but maybe in the wrong ball park. The questions of "Good" and "Evil" are man made questions. There really is only one motivating influence over all life forms and that is survival.
Would you call a Mountain Lion evil for attacking a human who is roaming in his own territory. Again it is the Turf that is necessary for the Lion to survive.
Overpopulation is destroying a lot of habitats that once belong to what we classify as lower animals.
When you consider all of us, there isn't that much difference.
I saw a small animal push a rock under a low birds nest so it could stand on it and reach the nest. That was a tasty morsel for that little animal. Now, how was that little animal smart enough to use that rock. Was that evil? I hardly think so.

The process of Evolution (Change) is a continuing process. We have people among us who are not highly evolved, They interfere with the normal path of peoples lives so we punish them and call them evil. They are not really evil, for the most part, they simply do not have the mental ability to look beyond the things they do.
They are motivated by the same feelings as that little animal I described had. I needed to do what it did to survive and in their own way that is the same need that people have, who do
"evil" things.

Some people have genetic predispositions to behave the way they do. I believe that upbringing and evironment play a larger role in human behavior. Either way, it's a combination of the two that make us what we are. You are what you are because you believe that's how you should be. It's possible to change evil people into good people, but extremely difficult and it's not reliable. I believe you meant to ask why do more people choose to do good than evil. The answer is simple logic. By doing good and helping others, others will want to do help you and do good things for you. It's a form of selfishness. Evil people are deranged and have no concept of this.

Humans are not born evil, neutral or good. They just become evil, neutrral and bad as they learn from the society and from the family. Most important part here is his strength and ability to decide whether he want to do good or vice e versa. But most of the time he confused and take wrong decisions to what to do and what not . This decisions leads him to be bad, neutral and evil.

As much as I hate to say it, I think that they are born neutral.

Why do I say this? Kids are, generally, innocent until they are exposed to things. Be it what they see at home, on the playground, from other kids etc. Kids don't know what fear is. They aren't afraid of the dark until they are given a reason to fear it. The same thing applies to life in general. Kids are true daredevils and parents kill that when they start screaming "Get down off there, you are going to fall!". Parents project their own fears on to kids without ever realizing it.

As far as them being evil, that too is something that – 99% of the time – is learned or observed. Take a child that is raised with manners and has respect and put him in a group of children his or her own age. If you follow the belief that "only the strong survive", the child will have to adapt to the situation and toughen up in order to keep from getting annihilated. Parenting doesn't come with a handbook but if some parents were able to fast forward 10 years and see what they are doing to their kids, they would probably fall over from a heart attack.

Play dates, scheduled after school times for reflection [yes, one mother actually has that for her kids], obsessive schedule hungry soccer moms and over competitive sports dads are what's making kids evil. They are pushed and pushed until they reach their breaking point, after that they go into serious rebellion and … well, after that, it's anyone's guess.

I don't think any human is ever evil, good or neutral. Its not usually the person that is either good or bad, it's what they do that is either good or bad when measured up against the observing persons values. The opinion on what is evil or good is soley subjective based on the indivdual persons values or those by the society in which they belong.

In Chinese philosophy, there are 2 opposites on this issue.

On one hand, human is born good. It's the environment and upbringing that shape your nature.

On the other hand, human is born evil. When you come out of your mummy's womb, you cry. And you're easily influenced to do evil.

Depends on how you look at it. Nothing is absolutely right or wrong.

Neutral
All people make both good and bad decisions. A person who makes poor decisions more often than not can be perceived as being evil.

I highly recommend you to read a novel by Paulo Coehlo entitled 'The devil and Miss Prym'. It will explain to you everything that you wish to address about human nature.

Paulo Coehlo is a brilliant writer because he doesn't shove philosophy down your throat. He weaves his concepts into a highly entertaining story. Go read it!
