The shirt wouldn't be a factor for me. I'd save the one I could save without sacrficing myself - that is assuming these are random people I know nothing about.

I would try my best to save both of them regardless of who they were or what they were wearing. It is human lives at stake. I would feel bad if I could only save one without at least trying to save the other.

i'd save the lightest one..I'd have no chance if one of those did weigh 150 kgs...so obviously I'd chose the more light and more fit who is in the water, as I may have a better chance due to his light weight...
