Most have good answers.

Here is the info in the back of my mind.

Person gets well in due time say 15 to 20 day.

But the antigen stays in the persons body and can reoccur any time when the immune system is not strong. The person then becomes a carrier.

PS

Mosquitoes spreads the malaria.

They acquire it from human carrier of malaria, only female need blood meal to reproduce, so they search out hot blooded body. They have infrared sensors that senses body heat and land on human or animal and suck the blood out. If the host is a "Carrier" of malaria or other fevers then all subsequent host will be a victim and immediately becomes a carrier.

Hi there !
Hope you get well soon !
The recovery depends upon so many factors like :
your body defense mechanism
type of malaria.
degree of infestation
days of hospitalisation
medication you are on.

On an average, I would say that a months period should be "okay " for getting back to"normal", if the malaria attack had been of moderate degree.
In falciparum malaria, more time may be needed.

Well if you take medication on time then the fever should subsude within a week to 10 days...but the weakness remains for at least a month as the medicine for malaria is really strong. You also need to be really careful about your diet for at least a month or so after the fever...

Well it all depends on how long the malaria has eaten deep inside of you, but on the average one week should be enough. Though the doctor would have a better answer to this question.
