There is no 100% certain form of contraception, except abstinence. All forms of contraception have a certain degree of failure, and there are warnings of such when purchasing contraceptive devices.

The easiest method with the less amount of fumbling around is the traditional contraceptive pill, taken orally by the female, every day. Some women will have medical reactions to it, so different brands are available if the first standard prescription does not work for the woman.

If you know what you are doing, the condom is also a very effective contraceptive device. If you have "mastered" the art of putting on a condom (or if you are lucky enough to have a girlfriend who knows how to put them on you!) , then it's also an easy way, also very effective against pregnancy. Condoms are also very effective against STDs.

These are the most common forms of contraceptive devices available out there. There are tons more but often require a prescription from a doctor, which isn't always the easiest way to go.

Things to avoid: Coitus Interuptus: This is the "pulling out" method, right before ejaculation, to avoid possible pregnancy. It all works well in theory but in practice it often results in disaster; even the pre-ejaculate which appears before the actual ejaculation is enough to impregnate a woman, so often when you pull up just before the moment of truth, some liquid has already been deposited inside the vagina, hence possibly causing pregnancy.

So the best thing to do is NOT have sex (you avoid all complications as well as STDs). If that's not a possibility, then condoms are the easiest way to go. If contraceptive devices aren't possible, then there's not much left in terms of not getting the woman pregnant. I suggest you buy yourself a box of condoms and practice, practice PRACTICE!

Hope this helps!

the fact that you are asking this question here on Yahoo leads me to believe that it might be just a bit too soon for you to take the step into sexual activity.

there are a plethora of birth control options out there. research them first, then talk with your girlfriend about the situation BEFORE either of you engage in sexual activity.

there's no need to rush it. take your time. get all the facts. talk to your parents or a school counselor about your thoughts and fears. trust me... it'll happen soon enough.

good luck.

I think that condom is a sure way (but you have to use it correctly), otherwise she could use the birth control pill.
There is no other easier and surer solution!
In the meanwhile or from time to time you can also have alternative sex (anal, suckin, etc...)

You need to learn more about reproductive science. There are many forms of birth control, each with it's own limitations. I suggest that you and your girlfriend become more conversant with the subject and not be placed in the position of saying "but I didn't know".

Abstinence is the only sure way for her not to get pregnant.

Back before there was contraceptives, sex was simple. If you want children you had vaginal sex. If you want just sex you had anal sex. Time to get back to the basics! Make sure to use lots of lube before you enter her poop pipe.
