How is Behavioral Science a Science and not an Art?

I think that understanding human behaviour is more of an art than a Science and understanding of human behaviour is a different field altogether - it should be renamed as "Behavioural Psychology" or something else instead

systematically analysing an art with equations / predictions is also a science and hence it is called as hehavioral science.
