To answer your Question;
1) Call the hospital you were born in for the exact time.
2) Ask the one and only. Your mother.
3) Or ask an uncle that was there at the time or a relative that was there at the time.
4) Your dad should know.
6) If none of the above then there is no hope.

I'm pretty sure the time you were born is on your birth certificate.
