What is the best thing I can use that would remove dried primer from wood trim?

PS - this IS a rental, so I can't do anything drastic.

The wood trim is probably not even real wood...

Any ideas?

if the primer is water based you can wash it off with a wet cloth, if it is oil based you can try sanding to remove it. sanding will work on water based too..........good luck with your project

sanding it is best.
just curious, why bother if it's rental? ask the owner to do it for you or you won't pay hehe
