Do you mean the cartoon face, or do you want a pic?
If you want a pic go to My Q&A in the top right hand corner of your screen.
And then click edit details (I think that's what it's called).
Then choose create yahoo 360 account, and then once you have, do the same as above and then click the little button next to the yahoo 360 account.
If you want a cartoon face, they are called Avatars, and you do the same steps as above basically, except choose yahoo Avatars.
Then once you create it, save it, and then repeat the steps, but then choose the circle button next to yahoo Avatar, then click preview, then accept or whatever it's called. Hope that helped! :]

Wow, thanks for both previous answers, kinda glad I didn't ask the question because I couldn't chose which is best. However I do thank you for asking, and I think you may need to create the cartoon avatar before you can change it to your pic.
