Im so dead. nothing good has happened this year. and whatever happened was sooooo bad. No matter that's about my career or relationship. I really wanna die. Have a terrible headache now. Could anyone help???????????

no I wont kill myself...just reallly dont know what to do to make myself happier. I did try to have fun, but after all, I feel depressed again. I used to be a happy gal, but now, I dont smile anymore. I always try to do my best. but things just dont go well. Do you guys sometimes feel in this way? are you all really that positive?

Sometimes, when you seek happiness for yourself, it eludes you.
Try switching from being self-centered and look for ways to serve others. It truly is more blessed to give than receive. Being helpful and giving is the best way to find purpose in life.

Sounds like you are trying to find happiness by doing things that you really dont want to be doing. Be true to yourself and do the things you like to do when you are alone. you will meet people that like to do the same things. Write down your goals and a plan to achieve them. Dont let others distract you away from following your plan. break your goals into achievable steps and reward yourself when you achieve each one. this is a simple technique for building self-esteem. recheck your plan every couple of days to see if you are staying on track or if your goal has changed and make adjustments if necessary .. bottom line, be true to yourself and listen to YOU

obviously you are not dead..but it does sound like you might be having a tough time of certian things, i have relationship problems, like she wants to move the kids away from me, my roommates are idiots, i have to go to the hospital 3 times a week for dialysis, u thimk u got it bad, well do what i did, care about yourself first and every body else second..
it's not easy but sometimes you have to draw your own line in the sand!

my dear princess, i would like to say so myself that i do thought of killing myself or taking half of the world people with me after a close friend of mine which i'm truly proud and glad to address him as a brother who i can trust, who die in a freak accident made by people, people who he wishes to protect with his ambition to create a place of peace. and though the years passess before me, my hatred grow stronger each second of my time. yet there is a memory of his dream within my mind that kept reminded me of the hope that he had for all, have me make my one and first promise in my life for him that i'll try to live my life by making use of my skills of philosophy and words to make sure every princess that i know make the sweetest smile they'll remember through their life and the importance of hope.
