When I was about 13, I was sleeping over at my friends house.

Her bedroom was in the basement so her dad (a policeman) had screwed on the screens. Somehow, I climbed out the window and woke up at about 3 AM standing in their garden, shivering.

I honestly didn't know how I had arrived there. I was in my very short nightie and barefeet, there was frost on the grass I remember. I wandered around trying to figure out how I got there.

When walked around the house I noticed her screen leaning against the outer wall. So I realised what I had done. I climbed back in and went to bed. She shared a bedroom with her little sister, who was sleeping over at someones house, so I was sleeping in her bed. The next morning, I woke up wearing one of her little sister's sweatshirts!! I could hardly get it off - don't know how I even got it on without some grease and a shoe horn!!

What weird things have you done?

As a child I talked in my sleep. This wouldn't be so strange except that for some reason I would recite my mother's favourite recipes continually until she would come and gently wake me.

Then a few months ago I put the garbage bin out in my sleep. Unfortunately, it wasn't garbage night. I also didn't leave it roadside, but instead delivered it to my neighbour's door. I returned home to bed and had no idea what I had done until my neighbour brought my bin home. He said he had watched me do it from his bedroom window, but hadn't wanted to disturb me. A little embarrassing, but at least I had worn pajamas that night!!

You were sleepwalking. I also was a sleepwalker as a kid. One night I went into my parents' room. My mom woke up and saw me standing by her dresser. She asked me what time it was (not knowing I was still asleep). I took an antique clock off the dresser and walked over to her bed where I put the clock on the pillow next to her head. Then I turned around and went back to my own bed.

Sleepwalkers don't usually know that they walked during the night. When this happens it's called "sleep amnesia". Usually they'll get pretty defensive and even angry if you tell them about it. It's better not to mention it because sometimes they feel guilt, embarrassment or humiliation at doing something everyone else knew about, but they didn't.

When I was in elementary school I use to sleep walk all the time.
One night I got out of bed and went into the kitchen where my parents were playing cards. I said, "Hi Mom! Hi Dad", walked around the table 3 times and went back to bed.

Have you ever dreamed you broke your leg and could actually feel the pain to wake up and discover you really have a pain there?

whilst i grew to become right into a infant we lived in a house with a basement. My mattress room grew to become into interior the basement. on the time we did no longer have a door best to the exterior of the living house. We had a 4 X 4 window interior the bathing room on the lower back of the living house. To get to the window there grew to become right into a concrete ledge. interior the path of the nighttime (i grew to become into asleep) I by some skill climbed up on the ledge, crawled for the time of the window, walked around to the front of the living house and wakened banging and screaming on the front door. speaking approximately scared. It scared the heck out of my parents because of the fact we had no longer something yet woods for acres & acres around the living house. i'm going to have particularly walked into the woods and that could have been relatively been frightening!!!

Wow, if you're being serious, that is extremely weird, lol... As for me, I can't say much ever happened to me in my sleep, except that I fell off of a double bed twice as a kid in my sleep, which is really not all that weird, but still makes me wonder how I managed that considering all the space I had.

I was staying in a hotel once and went sleepwalking. I was completely naked and went down the corridor and knocked on someone's door. I woke up just as they answered the door - I wanted to die !

I walked in my sleep when I was a wee one.

My dad said he heard me trying to unlock the front door on a few occasions and he had to guide me back to bed.
