Roxy, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Make an appointment with your OBGYN. They are there to help figure out why you aren't conceiving and help correct any medical problems that are preventing it. They can do routine blood test that will show if there is something interfering with conception, like if you have a hormone imbalance. They should also ask some questions about your medical history and personal life, such as if you are under a lot of stress, etc... I never thought I would have a problem conceiving because both my husband and I come from large families and my husband has 2 children from a previous marriage. After 2 months ttc with no luck, I went to my OBGYN. He gave me Clomid to help me ovulate and I conceived the very next month. Unfortunately, I miscarried. It took 8 months after that to conceive my daughter. But during those 8 months my OB discovered some other medical issues that were preventing me from conceiving again, one problem was endometriosis. After he removed it, I conceived the very next month and now have a healthy baby girl. We are ttc again. We thought it might be easier now that we already had a baby, but after 2 months ttc with no luck, I went back to my OB. We are now in our 4th month ttc. We are hopeful that this is the month. Good luck to you.

Calculate your ovulation days. If you have a normal cycle, your ovulation days are 14-16 days starting from the first day of your period. For example, if you get your period on the first of every month, your ovulation days are the 14th to the 16th. Too much sex will not increase the possibility of getting pregnant. Take advantage of those days and only have sex during that time.

You need to increase the ammount of intercourse around the time of ovulation. This is when the viginal fluids are a little more 'stringy' approximately 10 days from your last period.
Hormone tablets might help, but you need to find out if there is any other problem

Figure out when you are ovulating. There are ways to know when you ovulate. Try taking your temperature every morning before you get out of bed. Your temperature will rise after you ovulate then you could pinpoint on your next cycle when is your ovulation day but you have to do this for couple of cyle to be able to know your approximate ovulation day. You could check your mucus as well, it is your most fertile when you see like raw egg white slippery mucus.

Try not to think about it for a while. Sometimes if you're focussing on it too much it doesn't happen. I had that problem with my first child. Doctor told us to have sex in a bath. (The water helps the sperm flow better.) Or have sex 2 days after your period ends. There is like a window of days after your period ends that you are able to conceive. Though I am not sure if it is within 2 weeks after or 1.

I bought a fertility microscope and once I figured out how to use it, we had a positive test. They sell them on the internet for around $25. They tell you when you are going to ovulate
