I don't think it can change. Check with a computer store that sells graphic cards.

This isn't a tweak. You have to have a physical graphics card put into your computer, and then you need to install the drivers for that video card..... and make sure you disable your intel graphics card/controller. Sounds like you are trying to just change the name of your intel graphics controller to nvidia or radeon... but that doesn't change the physical graphics card that is in your computer, and it really doesn't matter... because if you don't have the graphics card (nvidia/radeon), your computer still only has the intel one.... sorry.

I think that graphics card has come onboard with Ur
Intel original motherboard, which does not have any provision to add any Graphics card. If u have PCI Express slot in MBoard, then u can bye some PCI graphics card. Else change your mother board. But before changing, consult some hardware professionals who can give u a good suggestion for motherboards that can support good quality graphics cards. It May be ASUS or Intel chip set. But Intel originals come with inbuilt graphics. No s/w can change it. U need compatible h/w to add.

I dont know where u did read this. But far as i know theres no such tweak. You can change just few things and it works just for graphics of one brand like change Geforce to Quadro. Theres no such thing to change intel on board card to somethin else. Secondly even if theres solution for this u will unable to play those games cause ur graphic card doesnt support what those games needs. And for the end theres a gr8 change that u will kill ur Motherboard.
The best way is just to buy a new graphic card.

Ok, even if you could do this, it wouldn't make any difference, the game may run, but I would imagine it wouldn't run properly. As answered previously I think your graphics card is built into your motherboard, which means you've probably got a spare AGP slot on-board, so the best solution would be to get a new card, I know the cost may be prohibitive but it'll be worth it in the long run.
Good luck

Yes you can, but when you install the New Card, you will have to go into the System and Disable the graphics that built in, once you install the new one, once a Re-boot is done it will recognize the new Graphics card and you'll be off with a better with after market card
