It depends. If you are playing Wagner (Tannhauser), and keep stopping on the side of the road to cry, then that's good. It will probably get a lot of reactions out of people.

Lets see. The choral part of Beethoven's 9th would be kind of cool too. Just start staring at people and smiling - as long as they can hear the music - and then start screaming.

It may be best to do this at a crowded intersection though.

I like classical music and turn our department's service vehicle over to the classical station routinely (everybody else around my fire department likes rock or country) whenever I drive it. Usually, I leave it turned on loud (but not blasting) and leave it there. People really like it (ha ha) when they go to drive it and the radio station is having an opera hour.

why not everybody else listens to their music why not classical fans but blasting music isn't good you can't hear the ambulance and that could cause a huge problem

I don't think "blasting" any type of music in your car is enjoyable. Not for yourself or anyone within the same square block.
