If you don't comply with your lease you will probably lose your security deposit if you put one down,plus you might have a lien put against you and additional court costs. And if that isn't enough you will carry that on your credit report untill you satisfy it. I would try very hard to fix the problem soon Good Luck

nothing, I've broken a few in my time before i bought a home. i never had any landlords take me to court, it would cost them money. they just keep your security deposit. it's really no big deal.
