It does look a bit like Nostradamus, but the key identifier is the headband... Nostradamus is often shown with a funky hat but not usually a headband like what this one shows. This is probably another well-known bishop or scribe. The big book is definitely another clue... if only we could see the other side(s) of the statue to look for other identifying items accompanying the figure... or if we could better make out those reliefs on the pedestal, they are undoubtedly scenes from the famous person's life's work. They look religious or ceremonial in the figure placement, i.e funerals, which still doesn't help narrow down between Nost. and a bishop or scribe.

its nostradamus. it is altered to confuse viewers but it is really him it is unmistakable.
