The external genitals can be recreated n secondary sexual characters can be supported with external hormonal preparations but the reproductive abilities may not be provided.
Besides it is a very costly affair n hormones have to be taken lifelong as when one leaves 'em the effect gradually wanes off.
One must respect whatever he or she is, nomatter what. There will always be people who see through this viewpoint.

Its actually impossible to change your sex. If you have two X chromosomes you are female. If you have and X and a Y chromosome you are a male. Adding bits on or cutting bits off may change what you look like but it won't actually change your sex.
