I use 1and1.
Easy to use, fairly cheap. Good customer service (when you contact them online).
At £1.99 for a co.uk and under £10 for a .com it's pretty good.

I've heard that 1&1 in the U.k. is great...the U.S.'s 1&1 is a different story, but you don't live in the U.S., so try 1&1:
