No way hose B! A decision base on emotion is fed by your heart. Your heart can play deceiving tricks.
If you make a decision based on thought, taking the time to really think it out, you'll be using your mind. The outcome all depends on how smart you are. And stuff. I think.

Generally, no. Emotions are not always rational or logical and can interfere with even a good decision. But the best decisions are made by thinking about the circumstance realistically and taking into account the pros and cons and also ackowledging your emotions about it to get the whole picture.

It depends on the situation. If there is a potential risk to ones life then it would be foolish to ignore ones intuition. Raw animalistic behaviours are critical to keeping us alive in some cases. On the other hand, if it's not a life or death situation it would probably be best to weigh up ones decision by looking at the pros and cons and removing the emotional aspect from it.

Sometimes. Rarely. Most people don't have a lot of emotional control. If you only go with what the whim of your gut tells you, you could get lost.

No. It's like when you're angry, you better not say anything.
Calm your emotions then your mind can make proper decisions.

No ... most of the time. But when quick actions are needed, or when honour's at stake, ... yeah, emotions should play a factor.

No. Your emotions aren't the real you. Ask your heart, after calming down.
