Not all of them become superstars but they have put out a steady stream of backs since the mid-80s. You can bet that every 2-3 years there will be one taken in the first half of the draft.

USC has put out 3 in the last 40 years: OJ, Marcus Allen and LenDale White. I say 3 because Reggie Bush will not be a steady RB. No I don't think he sucks, he just wont get 25+ carries a game, because they'll be having him returning punts and playing slot too.
I would agree with Miami, they have a factory down there. Texas too has turned out some good RB's. As much as I hate Oklahoma, they have turned out some good RBs in the last decade. Florida too has turned out some good kids, Emmitt Smith, Fred Taylor amongst others.
If I had to choose one school though, it would have to be Ohio State. I don't like them (and think they will lose to my Longhorns this weekend) but every year they churn out RBs like nothing. They've got two solid RBs in there now with Pittman and the frosh Wells. That Wells kid is going to be the truth in the Big 10 in a year or two. And they also brought out Archie Griffin, who, to my knowledge, is the only person to win Back To Back Heismans.

You'd have to consider Oklahoma State U. Thurmon Thomas, Barry Sanders, and Tatum Bell. Honorable mention to Gerald Hudson - let NCAA in rushing in 1990, but tore up his knee in the Bears training camp and never played as a pro.
