That's a very good question. An Internet search reveals that Ted Turner is the world's largest landowner but I couldn't find anything as to who owns the largest piece of land.

I have a vague memory of reading a history of the Krupp family (German Steelmakers) in which one of their heirs owned a ranch in Argentina was the largest piece of real estate on the planet, but don't quote me on that. Sorry I can't be more help.
