adhesions after laprascopy?

Question

My daughter is 31, is trying to conceive, had her overies drilled, pcs s removed. now adhesions have developed , after one year of the first lap. Second one is done, they say adhesions will keep appearing, any method to prevent it , any natural alternate therapy
is there, anybody has conceived even with adhesions and 2nd lap.
we are very worried thinking our daughter will remain childless.

There are no alternative therapies for adhesion prevention, unfortunately. However, there are approaches that her surgeons could have taken during the lap...did they lyse (take down) the existing adhesions and then rinse the pelvis in a saline solution followed by instillment of an adhesion barrier, do you know? Or perhaps wrap the organs in a substance like Intercede? Adhesion barriers do not prevent new adhesions from forming (nothing can), but they can slow down the process and prevent the dense, fibrotic and painful adhesions from forming immediately. I assume she is working with a skilled reproductive endocrinologist, given the delicate circumstances of her case (PCOS and infertility); if not, she may definitely want to consider doing so. They can operate again on a more skilled level to lyse and take down any adhesions that are growing more severely and causing organ torsion, anatomical disortion, etc., as well as assist her with any IVF protocols that may become necessary down the road. Hopefully she will be ok and all will work out wonderfully.

Please try not to worry, I have had similar problems, it is a worry, I am not sure if there is a alternate therapy, but I would suggest you get a second opinion, I know of other cases and the person concerned did get pregnant, but I think a second opinion would be a good idea, just do not give up!
