Yes it should be legalised but with strict controls. As with anything else though if itmakes you feel happy it will never happen unless the government find a way to tax it and to limit consumption. But if it were avaliable via prescription the service would still be abused by idiots and ruin it for people who needed it.My grandparents have considered making cakes with it but are too frightened off the consequences if they get caught but there is an elderly couple who grow and dispense it in their area they do not sell it but give it away to there friends who suffer with various ailments that the NHS can't seem to help ,pain relief wise.As for the side effects as most old people say you have only got to go once and you may as well go happy at their time of life

Yes and No. Cannabis does have medical benefits and it's damn enjoyable. But do you want to create a new Amsterdam? Drug tourists can sure boost the economy but it also introduces some seedier elements into society. I however do believe that it was a smart move not to send innocent 'heads to prison for simple possession

Cannibals should definitely be legalised. It could only help with the immigration problems.

I beleive the current situation is acceptable, although I'm sure if evidence was presented to me showing how dangerous it really is then I would support the NO vote.

It won't make much difference either way. The same people will do it and the same people won't. The only difference would probably be a rise in suppliers/dealers.
