Select image (s) and click email this file on the left side windows panel than choose the size !

The instructions below are for reducing the size of images using Microsoft Paint and Microsoft Photo Editor.

Microsoft Paint

1. Click on the Start Menu
2. Select All Programs
3. Select Accessories
4. Click on Paint
5. Click on File and then Open
6. When the Open Dialog Box appears locate the file you wish to reduce and click the Open button
7. With the image displayed in the Paint program click on the Image menu option and then click on Stretch/Skew
8. The Stretch/Skew window has two options in the Stretch section Horizontal and Vertical
9. Enter a number less than 100 into both the Horizontal and Vertical fields
10. Be sure to enter the same number into both fields.
11. Entering different numbers will change the shape of the image.
12. Repeat steps 7 - 10 until the desired image size is achieved
13. Do not make the image larger than the sample image below
14. To save the image Click File
15. Click Save As
16. Name the file in the File Name field
17. Select JPEG(*.JPG, *.JPEG, *.JPE, *.JFIF) in the Save As Type field
18. Click Save button



Microsoft Photo Editor

If you have Microsoft Office installed on your computer you have the option of using Microsoft Photo Editor

1. Click on the Start Menu
2. Select All Programs
3. Select Microsoft Office Tools
4. Click on Microsoft Photo Editor
5. Click on File and then Open
6. When the Open Dialog Box appears locate the file you wish to reduce and click the Open button
7. With the image displayed in the Photo Editor program click on the Image menu option and then click on Resize
8. In the Resize window make sure the Allow Distortion checkbox is unchecked
9. Use the down arrow on the Width or Height fields to change the 100 to a smaller number.
10. Repeat steps 7 - 9 until the desired image size is achieved
11. Do not make the image larger than the sample image below
12. To save the image Click File
13. Click Save As
14. Name the file in the File Name field
15. Select JPEG File Interchange Format(*.jpg, *.jpeg) in the Save As Type field
16. Click Save button

open it in paint.
look at the menu bar
click on
image > Stretch/Skew
Enter some number in Stretch say 10, 10 (to make the image 1/10th smaller. press OK.
save the image as a jpeg image. Give it a different name than your previous file.
After saving, see what is the size of the image in Kilobytes.
If is small enough to send it.
Other wise repeat the procedure with the original image.
and give a smaller number.
