what's the theory that if ya think so long and so much a
person its because she thinks of ya too.....
Other wise i would stop for years thinking of her.....

That could be the true. Maybe the connection between you too is still there. So whenever you think of her, she will be thinking of you too.
But otherwise, it could be because you just dont want to let the past go. Maybe, it's time to let go....

She could care for you and think of you as a friend BUT..
Being nice to someone does not mean to have sex or be in a physical relationship with someone.
Your commotion is to have a physcial relationship on top of emotion al relaionships with her.
She said no for many times as you have indicated. What more you want to know ?
You are lingering on a hope for something more. But you should accept the message after 10 years.
You can continue to dream and hope something will happen to your liken. But you have been warned.

You know it is not natural for women to love each other as a man and a woman love. You also know that you can't make someone else love you just by thinking of them. Stop reading all that pop psychology crap and move on. Reconnect with your family and friends and focus on more important matters.

It was only a coincidence, when you think of someone and she/he thinks of you too at the same time. Never heard about that scientifically.
Move on. Get your life back. Let her go.
