Well, I don't know about it just falling out, but if it's done a lot and for an extended period of time then it can definitely weaken the muscles that control that function and make it more difficult to control when it happens.
I have myesthenia gravis and partly because of that and another medical condition I have to wear diapers. It is mainly for urinary incontinence though. I would have more problems with fecal incontinence but I've trained myself to eliminate at specific times of the day so the accidents are infrequent.
Although my reasons are different for the incontinence, the symptoms would be similar, so to answer your question, yes, it is possible, so unless you like diapers, don't do it, LOL.
