If it's passwords that expire use a theme, e.g players on a football team, the seven dwarfs etc then you can think what the new one is. If it is passwords that don't expire then use about 3 of them in rotation. You usually get "three strikes" to log in, so if you know your password is one of three things you should always be in with a chance.

I usually encode all my passwords into a text document, do this: at your desktop, right click and point to NEW, then click text document, after that, encode all your passwords then save and exit! The next time you want to know a password, just open the text docu as easy as 1,2,3 since all you need to do is to click the icon on your desktop!

It is very easy. You take something very
special like Your girl's name or the name
of Your favorite book, spell it backwards,
add the year of Your birth — and U'll never lose
Your password again...
Example:
"Luzy / 1967" = YZUL1967
You never forget this combination.
And criminals can't find it because U have not
to write it down... it is that easy.
Good luck !

Try using one password for everything, I pick something simple and encrypt it by creating a code like numbers represent letters, or offset a letter alphabetically there are many codes to use.

I made a simple Word.doc (alphabetically by url) then printed it out and have by computer.....also it's an easy way to add/change. I do not like the idea of having just one password for all.....even for its simplicity.
