But I don't think that a computer needs more than one mouse at one time. By the way from dictionary, it is said that plural word from mouse, even for a computer, is also mice.

Mouses - they are not mice - that is saved for the animal variety.

I'm pretty sure it's still mice. All windows terms are taken from everyday things; desktop, window, I forget the rest but we learnt them in college.
