Animated gif is the keyword here, download gif animator from microsoft and animate your brains out! Most all of the animated graphics you see in emails are animated gifs.

You have an option of using the HTML format for your mails...
Try this out...
You will be able to use as many animated stuff as possible ....
Here i am talking about the .gif files ....
Regarding the videos i don't have much idea...

Get some animated gif files from the internet and attach it to your e-mails.

U can directly send them by attachment.
