some women are "late bloomers" and can't have orgasms until they reach their sexual peak in their late twenties. most guys take it personally and think it's them, when most of the time it's not!

Do you mean she has never had an orgasm with you or ...NEVER?
Talk to her...don't give her a "wham bam , thank you Maam " experience.
Kiss her, feel her, talk to her. She's a woman for god's sake!
Whilst you are doing all of this ask her what she likes and does'nt like. This is called making love.
Concentrate on HER!!

Women have to be mentally ready to achieve orgasm, not just physically. if a woman feels in any way inhibited or worried about something (e.g. should she really be doing this, does she look OK, does this man really love me, is he seeing someone else, have i left the iron on) she may not quite get there.

Try more foreplay first, try to make her orgasm with ya tongue or fingers, can she orgasm by herself ?
Talk to her and find out what makes her tick.
Lots of women can't orgasm through penetrative sex alone,

All woman are different. Some woman physically cant achieve it cus they arent born with the bits.
Some woman only achieve it by being stimulated in one place where some woman can be touched anywhere and achieve it.
As far as I know I cant achieve it when being touched on my A spot but I can when his willy touches my O spot.
Dont make it the soul reason why you do it cus you put her on edge and she cant achieve anything. Just enjoy what you have, explore and see what happens.

try to have more foreplay and stimulate the mind aswell as the body by finding out what turns her on and doing this. if she is unsure of what turns her on then keep trying different positions or bring other stuff into the bedroom, for instance some sex toys and flavoured body rub
