A goal is something you work toward, a setpoint.
An aim is a focal point, something to keep your eye on.
An objective is a more strategic goal, and usually indicates more planning or organization.

Aim Vs Objective

A goal is what you want to get. E.g. I want to be slimmer so that I can buy loads of fab new clothes!

An aim is your general idea of how you'll get it! E.g. To become slimmer by doing more exercise.

An Objective is your exact idea/step by step plan of how you'll achieve your goal. E.g. To lose 7lb by Friday 29th September by making the following changes: walking up the stairs instead of running once a day, going for a 30 minute walk everyday, only eating 1 bag of crisps per day etc for the next 3 weeks.

In summary:

Goal=what you want/aiming for

Aim=Why you want that goal/general ways of achieving your gaol.

Objective=How you specifically achieve (measure progress towards) your goal. These must be Specific (exact), Measurable (measure it), Achievable (you can do it), Realistic (you can do it within a set period of time & your lifestyle) and Time specific (done/reviewed by a certain time).

Hope this answers your question!

Aims are what you want to achieve, while, objectives are what you will do to achieve them. An objective is more specific in character, while an aim is more abstract. Also, an objective is time-bound whereas an aim need not be.

First you have your objective, then you aim, shoot and you will have your goal. e.g see a girl, really like, set your objective. Aim, sent her flowers, first kiss and bring her to a hotel. Objective, to have a stable family and raise kids.

Tell you a joke:

And the joke goes:

-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?

One more joke:

A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.

Last of all just want to tell you that whatever you do, just don't give up. Also you must love and care for the people around you. In that way they will also show you the love that you show to them. Just be yourself and happy everyday. Wish you all the best and good luck!!
