Really? I live in WI, I haven't heard about this... thats a trip if its true
lmao... in response to the answer a few down below me, ya we've had our share in WI here, Dahmer, Gein, but there are sick bastards all over the world, just coincidence I guess.
Not cold here either, we get all 4 seasons(and we don't all work on farms with cows wearin carpenter pants) in July it was like 98 degrees with 90% humidity... it was terrible I tell ya! lol

I want to know what the deal is with Wisconsin??? I just read a story on CNN.com that 20 boys sexually assaulted an 11 year old girl while a 16 year old girl delegated the sex acts, and her 44 year old uncle had sex with the 11 year old too. Why all the freaks in Wisconsin? Is it that boring and cold up there?

I only know about this story vaguely. I'll say this, people do strange things sometimes, especially if showing off to one's peers... but this...w ell this is beond all reason.
These guys must have been deeply nvolved in fetishist stuff, or not right in the head, because I can't think of anywhere where such actions would be considered anything but utterly and totally disgusting and depraived.
