where can I go to get a free printable receipt for a cash transaction?

I pay someone a specific amount weekly out of my check for them to use for whatever they need it for. I don't want to get screwed in the end.

you actually pay someone to blow money on anything they want, and you want a receipt? just ask the person that you give the money to, to fill one out. but somethin sounds a bit fishy here....
