Her soles are lightly callused and very dry.
She NEVER wears socks (hasn't for 10 years, since she was 8). She goes around barefoot at home and wears high-heeled sandals outdoors.
Also, she always walks on tiptoe. It's a habit of hers, and she's done it as long as she can remember.
No luck trying to get her to change any of these habits. She hates socks, and she says that tiptoeing is the most natural way for her to walk (that goes for high heels too).
So my question is... without forcing her to change any of her habits, is there any way for her to soften her feet? She doesn't like dry feet but that's the result of her habits!
