The Supreme Personality of Godhead is the source of all material and spiritual manifestations so He is present everywhere in the material world in two ways. He is present impersonally in the material energy because the energy is the same as the energetic. A crude example: the sun is present everywhere in the universe by the sunshine. Also, the Lord expands Himself as the Supersoul and pervades the entire cosmos. He is present in every atom and in between every atom. He is the energy that is holding the stuff of this material world together.
And of course in the transcendental world He is personally present always absorbed in His pleasure pastimes with His pure devotees. So yes, the Lord is everywhere.

I HAVE TO SAY YES GOD IS EVERY WHERE he's in u me and others in the world God is in everything that has life in it he holds Ur life in his hand's and every tree grass sun moon u and me everything that has life he made the God can see thing's be for it happens he knows all he is the KING OF KING'S LORD OF LORDS, read the bible....

Theological...not philosophical question
Depends on your definition of god....
The ineffable, infinite, omnipotent, omnipresent, omni-"everything"
god is ,by definition, everywhere....But, also by definition, you can't perceive/understand/comprehend him/her/it/"nothingness"
so...you are left with mutually exclusive aspects...
if you believe in the infinite, omnipresent godhead...then by the same definition you are unable to perceive the godhead..
