If you use Outlook or similar client then you can use facilities provided by them. In that case your client should be running when the time comes or it will send whenever you open it later. If your mail account is with Microsoft Exchange then you have better chance as you don't even need your mail client to be on at the precise time... If your mail account is with webmails then "No" chance

see, for that u should have a specific email service provider installed in your system, ie u need an account like a pop3 account: Eg: outlook express. non pop3 mail service providers like yahoo and gmail does not provides such function.

on the same time, u can set a time and date for sending when u send cards and all......

for example : www.123greetings.com allows you to compose a greeting card and set a future date and time for sending that.

If the software that your internet service provider allows you to set a date and time yes. I know you can do it with aol.

you can in microsoft office by clicking the options button and choosing the do not send before and specifying the appropriate info.
